Queensland’s new Premier, David Crisafulli, has been formally sworn in to the state’s top job after leading the LNP to an historic election victory at the weekend.
Mr Crisafulli is expected to unveil his cabinet later this week.
“I don’t think there will be too many surprises when the cabinet is announced,” the new Premier told media.
Among his priorities, a 100-day plan that will see the creation of a raft of new agencies including the Queensland Government Consulting agency announced last week, along with the Queensland Productivity Commission and the Independent Public Sector Commission to build “the best homegrown public service in this country”.
